Each day features a ride taking on the historic Natchez trace. We’ll take the road well traveled, with plenty of smooth, hazy miles perfect for some deep motorcycle meditation.
Each night we’ll focus in on a theme for discovery and discussion.
And in between? Rich conversations, great meals, pit stops planned and unplanned (aka: the best kind). Plus, we'll swing by Elvis' birthplace for a boost of creative energy. Rock on.
Listening and curiosity is the new black. What is it like to really listen?
To get curious. To understand with the intention of connection — on a soul level.
What is possible in life and leadership? We'll get curious.
From where are you listening? Can you hear past someone's words to their
real desires? Let's get past the bullshit and build our tribe to discover
what we want out of our time together.
What does it mean to be response-able? What does real ownership of our emotions,
opinions, reactions, and points of view look like? What does it mean to marry
responsibility and extreme ownership with listening and curiosity?
The world is far bigger than you and I... how do we operate in that world?
We'll play and examine what life looks like through powerful responsibility.
Who are you? What is your purpose on this planet? What do you love?
What lights you up? We'll spend this evening breaking through mental barriers
to discover the realz dealz: YOU. And discover what's possible in life and work
when you're YOUR MOST YOU. It's all about possibility and potential on
the Natchez trail...
Time to drop our bikes and party like rock stars! What did we learn about
ourselves on this journey? What fears did we distinguish and release to
the wind? What did the open road remind us of about life? What did we
learn about community and others? Encouraged to stay the night and let loose
celebrating — releasing any remaining tension and just BE (with a boil, beignet,
and hurricane in hand of course).
We'll leave each other rested, refreshed, and ready to use the knowledge we've
gained together to transform our world.
